Mindfulness Workshop
On 18 December 2021, we invited Dr. Chou Wah Shan to conduct a “Mindfulness Training Workshop” at Wanchai. Dr. Chou shared the concept of three major steps of emotional transition: 1. Acknowledge; 2. Act; 3. Appreciation.
30 voluntary coaches supported and practiced the above steps with 30 participants of Wai Ji in the workshop. Most of the staff shared that it was a fruitful experience for them to master the concept of mindful transformation.
