On 14 August 2021, board members, consultant members and management staff participated in Wai Ji Strategic Plan Day. The theme of the day is "One Wai Ji". Rev. Phyllis Wong (board member) shared the bible verse with participants. In 1 Corinthians, it mentioned the unity and diversity in the body of Jesus Christ. Rev. Wong said that if we worked together hand in hand to confront adversity, nothing was too difficult to solve. Mr. Peter Leung, the Chairperson also encouraged us to focus on our three-year strategic plan and raise our service quality level with suitable manpower.

Mr. Michael Chan, the Chief Executive led the staff to discuss on the utilization of limited resources to cope with the ageing service users. It was agreed that “change” was inevitable, as long as we remember our core value in serving the needy, solutions could be found. This year, we made use of online voting system and also played a card game designed by staff. It was a fruitful experience for all participants.
