The “All Staff Retreat" was successfully held on March 23 and 26, with approximately 550 colleagues participating. Activities included team-building exercises, a flash market, a communal lunch, unit service exchanges, and CE sharing.

Colleagues enhanced mutual understanding and team cooperation during the team-building activities led by the facilitator. In addition, the flash market showcased creative products from sheltered workshops and social enterprises, enriching our appreciation of service users' talents and fostering inter-unit collaboration.

In the service exchange session, we invited units from Hor Ping, Yuen Long District Support Centre, Po Lam, and the Professional Outreach Team for Private Residential Care Homes for Persons with Disabilities to introduce their unique services, providing insights for other units to improve service quality. CE also encouraged colleagues to maintain enthusiasm for their roles and caring for service users.

The retreat concluded harmoniously with the hymn "God Leave for You." Colleagues appreciated this gathering opportunity to facilitate exchanges and sharing among different units and positions, enhancing communication and collaboration in the future.
