The first team of The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong (BBHK) in Wai Ji Christian Service was formally established, and the Enrolment Service was held at the Sheltered Workshop at Hor Ping on 22^nd August 2020.  On the day of the ceremony, we were honoured to invite Mr. Wu Ting Pang, Sunny, Chairperson of Executive Committee of The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong cum Chief Executive of Wai Ji Christian Service and Pastor Lo Siu Wah, Un Long Ling Liang Church cum Chaplain of the 375^th Company of the Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong to be our officiating guests. Because of the epidemic, we broadcasted the ceremony on YouTube so that the guests and families of the brigader could celebrate together.

“20 years ago, I assisted the establishment of the first Integrated Section of BBHK, Today, I am very grateful to establish the first team of BBHK in the organization I am serving. I hope that the brigader can learn Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness.” said Mr. Wu Ting Pang in the welcoming speech. Pastor Lo Siu Wah shared the gospel of John 10:16 and Hebrews 11:40 to express that Wai Ji not only care for the development of the students’ body, mind and soul to reflect God’s love, but also setting up BBHK to lead the brigader to learn more about God.

The 19 brigader of 375^th Company of the Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong is led by Pastor Lo Siu Wah, the Chaplain and Ms. Lam Siu Yin, Zoe, the Captain and to build a good character based on Christian education and beliefs.
