Unit: Head Office

Post: Senior Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
(a) Lead and supervise the Accounts Team and ensure the smooth running of the daily operation in all financial and accounting functions such as budgetary preparation and control, payment, treasury, audits, petty cash, inventory, periodic financial reports, etc.;
(b) Prepare and present financial budgets, forecasts and related discussion papers to the Board and all Committees, as well as to carry out the directives of the Board;
(c) Provide professional analysis and advice on all financial issues relevant to the operation;
(d) Recommend necessary improvements in budget preparation and expenditure control and oversee their compliance by all functional units;
(e) Coordinate with auditor and monitor the periodic accounting audits and other internal audits in accordance with relevant statutory regulations as well as requirements set by the Lump Sum Grant and different funding bodies;
(f) Work closely with heads of service centres/functional units and build up effective rapport;
(g) Supervise the Accounts Team and administrative staff to carry out decentralized accounting duties in their respective service centres/functional units;
(h) Liaise with external parties such as, the Social Welfare Department or other government departments and agencies, community funders, and audit firm, etc. regarding financial matters relevant to the organization;
(i) Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
(1) Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
(2) Membership of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent;
(3) Not less than 7 years of relevant working experience in sizeable establishments, preferably non-governmental organizations;
(4) Proven track record of at least 3 years taking a managerial role plus substantial experience of providing support to the Board of Directors;
(5) Pleasant and helpful personality, with an analytical mind and sound judgment to tackle problems;
(6) Good command of written and verbal English & Chinese, especially effective in proposal writing and presentation.

Post: Information Technology Manager
Responsibilities:
(a) Supervise a small IT team and oversee head office and service units’ IT systems and infrastructure with focus on IT project management including Service Operations Management System, Medical Administration System, Business and Training Subsidy Management System, Human Resources Management System, Accounting System, Document Management System, Web development, internal/external e-communication platform and solution, etc.
(b) Lead and implement IT projects to ensure the delivery of solution that meets the scope, user requirements, schedule and budget with defined quality deliverables
(c) Prepare technical proposal, system specification, tender documents and related documents
(d) Liaise with internal users on system requirements and provide technical advice, support and solution to users
(e) Liaise with external IT service providers to monitor the project progress and performance
(f) Accountable for quality assurance, system development, maintenance and enhancements as well as the overall management of IT infrastructure including arrangement of warranty, maintenance, preventive inspection, etc.
(g) Oversee the procurement and replacement of IT and security infrastructure, system and equipment
(h) Oversee IT Helpdesk and Support System
(i) Formula and implement system security policy
(j) Provide professional advice to the management on IT trend, technology and development
(k) Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
(1) Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines;
(2) 10 years or above experience in IT application development in which at least 5 years in system analyst / IT consulting / IT project management;
(3) Track record of IT project implementation and development, system automation and enhancement, exposure in rehabilitation industry is preferable;
(4) User oriented and proficient in user requirement elicitation;
(5) Good knowledge of IT trends, technology and infrastructure;
(6) Self-initiative, excellent team building capability, interpersonal and communication skills; and
(7) Good command of English and Chinese.

Post: Corporate Communication and Development Manager
Responsibilities:
(a) Lead and formulate effective corporate communication and development strategies to build up corporate image and branding;
(b) Manage corporate branding via different offline and digital channels, such as website, social medial platforms, etc.
(c) Promote, plan and organize fund-raising activities, corporate events, volunteer recruitment and recognition activities;
(d) Build up and maintain good relationship with corporate and individual donors and volunteers, media and key stakeholders;
(e) Oversee public relations, community relations, media relations and government relations;
(f) Oversee corporate publications, newsletter, communication materials, speech and press release; and
(g) Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
(1) A Bachelor’s degree in communications, languages, translations, marketing, or any related disciplines, a Master’s degree preferred;
(2) Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(3) Proven experience of no less than 10 years in one or more specialization in corporate communications such as copywriting and editing, public relations, public affairs, media relations, event management, fund-raising, digital communications, experience in non-governmental organizations preferred;
(4) At least 3 years of experience in people management;
(5) Hands-on experience in fund-raising highly preferred; and
(6) Willing to serve those in need, with outgoing personality, a good team player and leader with strong sense of responsibilities and good time management skills, able to communicate with different stakeholders, work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
(a) Implement corporate communication and development strategies;
(b) Promote corporate branding via offline and digital channels, such as website, social medial platforms, etc.
(c) Perform copywriting, editing and publishing work of annual report, publications, newsletters and all kinds of communication material, speech, press release, website content updates, social media, or any writing tasks required such as service bidding proposals;
(d) Manage the work quality of any outsourced service providers;
(e) Build up and maintain good media relationship and coordinating media invitations and briefings;
(f) Build up and maintain good relationship with the public, volunteers and donors;
(g) Collect and report news clippings related to the agency and social service field;
(h) Collect, consolidate and submit on-time reports of fund usages to funders;
(i) Assist to organize and co-ordinate fund-raising activities, corporate events, volunteer recruitment and recognition activities; and
(j) Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
