Post: Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Officer (6-month Renewable Contract)
Requirements :
- Associate Degree holder or above in ICT related discipline
- Min. 3 years of relevant ICT working experience, preferably with NGO background
- Sound ICT knowledge at system and PC levels is required
- Solid experience in managing and liaising with IT people or IT vendors
- A good team player and self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision, with good communications skills
- A problem solver and willing to help colleagues in solving their IT related issues
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Job Scope :
- Fix problems in current IT systems being in use with internal users and IT vendors
- Perform help desk duties in ICT related areas at system and PC levels for the organization and internal users from different departments and service units at various locations
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of IT projects to be carried out to ensure the timeliness and quality of the deliverables
- Assist in coordinating with relevant parties to ensure systems requirements, implementation and system change requests are carried out properly on a timely basis
- Assist in collaborating and arranging project meetings when necessary with stakeholders to follow up project status & issues
- Assist in managing project implementation and testing processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting, meeting minutes and escalation in an effective and efficient manner
Salary and other conditions :
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- 5-day work week.
